Plot

Tatsuya grapples with the profound grief of losing his son, fearing the extinction of the Nikaido lineage. Pressured by his mother, Haru, he contemplates a second marriage devoid of love to secure the family legacy. At the same time, he harbors hopes that his daughter, Yoshiko, will find a partner willing to embrace the Nikaido name and carry on the family tradition.
