Plot

Avi Brickman, a middle-aged man grappling with the heart-wrenching loss of his eight-year-old daughter five years prior, faces an additional blow when he loses his job. Feeling utterly lost, he returns to the home where the tragedy unfolded, contemplating suicide. Instead, he discovers a woman and her young daughter seeking refuge in the isolated house. As the night unfolds, Avi is haunted by memories and regrets, forcing him to confront his deep-seated guilt.
