Plot

María, a passionate Fine Arts student, retreats for a weekend with her boyfriend Julio to her family's home in a small town. Upon arrival, she confronts a stagnant reality, where the rigid beliefs of her family have kept her brother Hugo and father Arturo trapped in their old ways. This visit forces María to reconcile her artistic aspirations with the weight of her family's traditions, igniting a struggle between her past and her desire for growth. As she navigates this tension, she must decide what role her roots will play in her future.
