Plot

Joe Lane, a radio performer and talented songwriter, discovers that Arthur Phillips, the studio manager, has made inappropriate advances toward his wife, Katherine. Enraged, Joe confronts Phillips, leading to a tragic accident that claims Phillips' life. As a result, Joe serves time in prison. Upon his release, he reconnects with his son, Little Pal, who pleads for them to escape together. The story unfolds as Joe grapples with the consequences of his actions, seeking redemption and a chance for a new beginning with his son.
