Plot
Set in 1848, a wagon train escorted by the Army travels through treacherous Indian territory, with Davy Crockett serving as the scout, following in the footsteps of his legendary uncle. A traitor in their midst covertly informs the Native Americans of their movements. After fending off an initial assault, the group must choose between two mountain passes. Opting for the one they believe is safer, they soon find themselves ambushed by the Indians, who have anticipated their route, revealing the depth of the betrayal within their ranks.
