Plot

Eric Wainwright, a harried impresario, faces an influx of aspiring concert performers seeking their chance at stardom. Among them is Cynthia Potter, a gifted pianist desperate for an opportunity but unable to reach him. Discovering Wainwright is holding auditions for young musicians for a children's concert tour, she decides to disguise herself as a youthful prodigy, complete with braces and bobby socks. As she navigates this ruse, the challenges of maintaining her charade while showcasing her talent add a delightful twist to the pursuit of her dreams.
