Plot

Dr. Bill Cortner and his fiancée, Jan Compton, face a catastrophic car crash that leads to Jan's decapitation. Undeterred by this tragedy, Cortner, a skilled transplant surgeon, becomes obsessed with the idea of performing the first successful head transplant. He keeps Jan's head alive in his lab, determined to find the perfect body for the procedure.
