Plot
In "American Gigolo," Julian thrives as a high-priced escort catering to affluent older women in Los Angeles. He unexpectedly develops a romantic connection with Michelle, the wife of a prominent politician, without any financial expectations. When one of his clients is found dead, Detective Sunday interrogates Julian about his clientele, which he finds uncomfortable given his profession. As he navigates this precarious situation, Julian grows increasingly paranoid that he is being set up for a crime he didn’t commit. Meanwhile, Michelle’s feelings for him deepen, complicating their already tangled lives.
