Plot

Joe, a naive young man with dreams of a peaceful life, embarks on a journey to the Wild West to fulfill his dying father's wish. Disdainful of violence, he prefers poetry and bicycles over guns and horses. His three mentors, each a notorious outlaw, attempt to toughen him up, but their efforts fall short. Trouble arises when Joe finds himself at odds with gunman Morton, who harbors jealousy over Joe's affection for the stunning daughter of rancher Ohlsen. Faced with danger, Joe must confront his fears and discover what it truly means to be a man.
