Plot
Alejandro 'Ale' Villacaño, a promising young lawyer at a prestigious firm, battles his past as a former convict and acquitted felon. Eager to reinvent himself, he strives to excel in his new role, but his mentor's encouragement nudges him toward a pro bono case for an old friend. Initially viewing it as a mere formality to file grievances against a local prison, Ale soon realizes the stakes are far higher. As he uncovers a web of corruption and abuse, he confronts a moral dilemma that challenges his ambitions and forces him to redefine his identity as a lawyer.
