Plot
Arthur Milo, an IRS agent privy to sensitive personal and financial information, meticulously selects his kidnapping targets from his records. As the investigation unfolds, Pete Honeycutt leads the charge to rescue the victims. However, Milo intensifies the tension by harassing Honeycutt with ominous phone calls, even going so far as to threaten his family. The stakes rise as the cat-and-mouse game escalates, forcing Honeycutt to confront not only the criminal mastermind but also the safety of his loved ones.
