Plot

Bryan Burns, once a celebrated tobacco advertising star, finds his life shattered after his mother's battle with lung cancer. Haunted by a sentient cigarette from an anti-smoking billboard, he spirals into madness. Embracing his dark transformation, he becomes the Ribspreader, a vengeful figure haunting the city. His grisly mission involves eliminating smokers and harvesting their lungs to craft a grotesque smoking jacket. As he unleashes his twisted sense of justice, Bryan grapples with the consequences of his actions and the demons of his past.
