Plot

George Brown faces rejection as an Air Raid Warden, but a twist of fate reveals his chance to join the Royal Air Force. After discovering his friend's important papers, he mistakenly poses as a dispatch driver and finds himself enduring the relentless teasing of his sergeant at the base. Amid the chaos, he falls for the Sergeant Major's daughter, who threatens to expose him. During an annual inspection, George's escape attempt leads him into a plane, where his stunning aerial display impresses the inspecting officer. His unexpected skills earn him a place in the RAF as a flyer.
