Plot

After a night of heavy drinking, boxer Johnnie Bradfield awakens in a panic, convinced he has accidentally killed someone. Fearing the consequences, he escapes from the authorities and goes into hiding. As he evades capture, Johnnie encounters a group of runaway kids who have their own struggles. He forms a bond with them, discovering a sense of purpose beyond the ring.
