Plot

After a dozen years immersed in his beloved MMORPG, Momonga logs in for one final session, only to find himself trapped within the game’s universe as the Sorcerer King, Ains Ooal Gown. Once thriving, the Sacred Kingdom now teeters on collapse, having enjoyed years of tranquility behind a massive wall. This peace shatters when the menacing Demon Emperor Jaldabaoth invades with a horde of wicked demi-humans. To prevent their own destruction, the nearby Slane Theocracy pleads for assistance from Ains, who must unite the Sorcerer Kingdom and its undead legion to confront this formidable threat.
