Plot

Soldier Tulsa McLean is stationed in West Germany and dreams of launching a nightclub after his military service. Lacking funds, he sees a potential opportunity through a friendly bet involving the aloof dancer Lili (Juliet Prowse). Tulsa wagers that a friend can charm her, but when that friend is sent to Alaska, he finds himself stepping in. Determined to win the bet and capture Lili's heart, Tulsa embarks on a comedic journey to prove that even the coldest hearts can be warmed with a little persistence and charm.
