Diggity: A Home at Last (2002)

Plot

Raymond, the underachieving black sheep of his family, finds himself jobless and homeless, relying on his half-brother Otis for support. His fortunes change when he inherits a property in the English countryside, prompting Otis to send him on a journey to become the new "Lord of the Manor." However, Raymond discovers his inheritance is a dilapidated church, targeted by the greedy Malcolm Slee, who is searching for a hidden treasure from the English Civil War. As Raymond contemplates selling the church, he forms a connection with local innkeeper Rachel and a hopeful orphan named Diggity, who believes helping Raymond will grant him angelic wings.
