Evil in the Woods (1986)

Plot

A young boy discovers a book called Evil in the Woods at his library and eagerly takes it home. As he delves into the story, he finds himself immersed in the eerie setting of Mildew, Georgia, where a group of struggling filmmakers attempt to create a low-budget horror film. However, they unwittingly intrude on a sinister realm ruled by an evil witch and her cannibalistic, mentally challenged family. The more he reads, the deeper he gets pulled into this unsettling narrative. Will he muster the strength to escape its clutches, or will he remain trapped within its twisted pages forever?
