Plot

In 1999, two high schools—Sturgis Trojans and Pinconning Spartans—set out on a thrilling quest to claim the title of Michigan's top high school baseball team. Despite being four hours apart, both schools were fueled by their communities’ unwavering dedication to succeed. As they faced off at Battle Creek's Bailey Park for the MHSAA state championship, neither team knew much about the other.
