Plot

Eny, a Berlin-based painter, and his sister Titina embark on a poignant journey through West Africa, marking their first return since fleeing the violence in Guinea-Bissau. Seventeen years in exile have passed, and with their mother gone, they seek to reconnect with their roots. As they traverse the landscapes of their heritage, the siblings confront their past and the weight of their family history, ultimately uncovering the profound connection to the land of their ancestors. This exploration becomes both a personal and cultural awakening for them.
