Plot

Seventeen-year-old Eli relocates with his family to a secluded farm owned by the enigmatic Waylon, whose troubled history looms over them. As Eli’s family strives to revive the barren land, he grows captivated by the surrounding woods. His life takes a turn when he encounters Amanda, a mysterious girl who gifts him an apple and warns him to stay away from the deep forest. After a tumultuous fight with his father, Eli succumbs to temptation and ventures into the woods, only to discover a haunting sight: Amanda's lifeless body hanging from a tree.
