Plot

At 39, Mirko has just been released from prison, stepping into a new life on the outskirts of Rome. After being elected president of the homeowners’ association, he begins to envision a brighter future—not just for himself and his family, but for the entire neighborhood. With the help of his close friend Boccione, he aims to transform the apathy of the community into a spirit of solidarity, envisioning the streets filled with vibrant tomato fields. This film tells the story of his delicate, irrational dream: to provide a hopeful future for those who feel unworthy of even the present.
