Plot

Jingle Bell Rocks! takes viewers on a festive journey as director Mitchell Kezin explores the passionate world of Christmas music enthusiasts. He spends time with iconic figures such as RUN-D.M.C.'s Joseph “Rev Run” Simmons, Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips, filmmaker John Waters, jazz artist Bob Dorough, musicologist Dr. Demento, and Calypso star The Mighty Sparrow. As Kezin hunts for the twelve most underrated Christmas songs, he provocatively questions our enduring attachment to classic holiday tunes, inviting audiences to rediscover the diverse sounds of the season.
