Underground Terror (1989)

Plot

A disgruntled New York police officer finds his reputation tarnished by a scathing newspaper article penned by an intrusive journalist. Tensions flare as they clash over the story, but circumstances force them to set aside their differences. Together, they tackle a menacing gang operating in the subway system, headed by a recently released mental patient. As they navigate the dark underbelly of the city, the unlikely duo discovers that their combined strengths are essential in confronting the escalating threat posed by the ruthless criminals.
