Plot

Amid a wave of gruesome occult killings, seasoned detective John Locke teams up with his rookie partner, Terri Keyes. Their investigation leads them to a long-abandoned asylum now owned by the sinister Dr. Unnseine, who conducts twisted experiments on the inmates reminiscent of Nazi-era practices. Among the captives is the enigmatic Annie Dyer, whose allure conceals lethal secrets. As Locke and Keyes navigate this treacherous landscape, they must unravel the mysteries surrounding Annie and a gateway to Hell, all while battling their own survival against dark forces.
