Plot
Longtime friends face a grim fate when they encounter Alexander Tatum, a mercenary surgeon whose predatory instincts have made him both hunter and hunted. As they soon discover, Alexander is merely the tip of the iceberg. Their struggle for survival intensifies when they become entangled with a sociopathic businessman and his sinister associates, who will go to any lengths to succeed in their nefarious trade of black market body parts. The friends must navigate this treacherous web of violence and deceit to escape with their lives intact.
