Plot
In "Black Rain," two New York City detectives find themselves embroiled in a violent conflict involving the Yakuza, Japan's notorious mafia. After apprehending a hitman, they are tasked with escorting him back to Japan. However, once there, he eludes their grasp, leading the officers on a tense pursuit.
