Plot
Ruben, a passionate metal drummer, faces a devastating blow as he starts to lose his hearing. A doctor confirms that his condition will deteriorate, leaving him feeling as though his music career is slipping away. To support him, his girlfriend Lou enrolls him in a rehab program designed for the deaf, aiming to help him cope and avoid a relapse. As Ruben finds acceptance within this new community, he grapples with a pivotal decision: embrace his evolving identity or cling to the life and music he once knew.
