Plot

Master Kung and Lo Pa, two underappreciated police officers in White Horse City, find themselves sidelined when a high-profile robbery leads to a family massacre. The city's wealthiest man, Ho Pak Man, loses both his loved ones and the priceless "White Jade Goddess of Mercy." While the esteemed "Police God" Tit Mo Ching takes charge of the investigation, Kung and Lo Pa inadvertently apprehend twin sisters, Water Dragon Girl and Fire Dragon Girl, who exploit their crime-fighting facade for cash. Discovering that the stolen treasure will be auctioned at the "Treasure Inn," the quartet embarks on a daring mission, igniting a budding romance between Kung and Water Dragon Girl.
