Plot

Issa, an up-and-coming social media expert, faces a major setback when a blunder on her part derails a young starlet's career, leaving her the least desirable social media manager in Manhattan. Desperate for work, she takes on the job of looking after Camila, a glamorous and temperamental dachshund. As Issa navigates Camila's playdates and visits to pet therapists, she discovers that the dog’s fierce demeanor mirrors that of her elusive owner, Theo. What begins as a means to support herself and her 14-year-old sister evolves into a chance for Issa to demonstrate her talents, mend her family bonds, and potentially find success in both her career and personal life.
