Plot
Kenny Bee, an ambitious employee at a corrupt Hong Kong corporation, finds himself on the brink of a promotion, complete with tempting perks. Meanwhile, Cherie Chung, a determined TV reporter, is on a mission to uncover the company’s shady practices. Their paths collide one drunken night when they share a taxi, followed by an unexpected reunion at a grocery store where they are robbed. As their bond deepens, Kenny grapples with his conscience and ultimately chooses to reveal the company's corruption. Vivian Chow adds tension to the mix, creating a complex love triangle between the trio.
