Exile (2023)

Plot

Ted Evans faces a chilling ultimatum just before his prison release: a man whose family he tragically killed in a DUI warns him not to contact his own family, or they will be in danger. Fearing for their safety, Ted retreats into seclusion. Meanwhile, his wife, Sara, suspects the threat stems from Ted's deep-seated guilt rather than an actual danger. She sets out to find him, armed with proof that the threat is a figment of his mind. However, she is unaware of Ted's deteriorating mental state and the true nature of the peril surrounding them.
