Plot

Michael Shulan, a struggling novelist in Manhattan's Soho, faced a profound transformation after the World Trade Center attacks. Along with friends, he created a renowned crowdsourced photo exhibition titled "Here Is New York," which established him as a leading authority on 9/11 photography. His journey took a pivotal turn when he became the Creative Director of the National 9/11 Museum at Ground Zero. However, what began as a dream role soon devolved into a fight to maintain his vision of a welcoming space for reflection and healing amid the complexities of remembrance and participation.
