When a North Korean official seeks asylum, tensions rise within the KCIA as Foreign Unit chief Park Pyong-ho and Domestic Unit chief Kim Jung-do are charged with exposing a mole named Donglim, hidden deep within their ranks. As the spy starts to leak sensitive information that threatens national security, the two divisions are forced to turn their scrutiny inward, investigating one another.
