Plot

Set against the backdrop of three stark locales, the documentary explores the lives of women navigating the harsh realities of sex work. In Bangkok, they toil in illuminated glass booths, anticipating customers. Meanwhile, in Faridpur, Bangladesh, a madam negotiates the fate of a young girl, highlighting the grim economics of exploitation. Across the border in Reynosa, Mexico, women grappling with addiction seek solace through prayers to a figure known as Lady Death. Each vignette unveils the complexities and struggles faced by these women, offering an unflinching look at a troubling world.
