Plot

As Georges Seurat nears the finish line of his renowned masterpiece, A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte, he grapples with the challenge of creating impactful art while also trying to maintain his relationship with his partner, Dot. Despite facing criticism from fellow artists, Seurat’s talent flourishes, even as his romance falters. Fast forward a hundred years, his descendant, also named George and an artist himself, feels creatively drained and uncertain about his direction. However, he discovers inspiration for his future by delving into the legacy left behind by his ancestor.
