Plot

Traveling dentist O'Connell embarks on a motorcycle journey through South America, promoting the 'Eversmile' foundation from New Jersey. His mission tackles not only dental issues but also confronts fear, ignorance, and outdated dental practices. During a stop at a remote garage, he encounters Estella, a bride-to-be eager to reunite with an old flame. Initially hesitant to take her along, she cleverly persuades him to change his mind.
