Plot

In "The Gendarme and the Creatures from Outer Space," the clumsy Inspector Cruchot must protect the citizens of St. Tropez from a group of oil-guzzling extraterrestrials. These peculiar beings are nearly indistinguishable from humans, except for their insatiable appetite for oil and the metallic clanging noise they make when touched. As Cruchot navigates the ensuing pandemonium, hilarity ensues as he attempts to identify the aliens while keeping the town safe from their bizarre antics. The stage is set for a comical showdown between the bumbling gendarme and his extraterrestrial adversaries.
