Plot

A brash Alaskan customs officer, played by Sean Patrick Flannery, finds himself reluctantly paired with the icy yet alluring Soviet operative, Ursula Karven. Their mission: to apprehend a renegade Russian general, portrayed by Arnold Vosloo, who is peddling a lethal nerve gas. As tensions rise and their lives hang in the balance after two agents are betrayed, they must work together to thwart the general's plans.
