The Adventures of Sam Space (1960)

Plot

While exploring a cave, Chuck and Sam uncover a strange time capsule and take it to Professor Seateck. Inside, they find a crucial message for the planet Meeca, detailing how the Meecans plan to aid Earth in its fight against an impending invasion from the Space Islands in 1960. Teaming up with Robo, a friendly Meecan robot, the trio sets off on an exhilarating adventure. They encounter fierce opposition from the hostile Space Islands but manage to arrive safely on Meeca, where they are greeted warmly by the kind-hearted Meecans.
