Plot
Two researchers devoted to chimpanzee studies find themselves at odds over their approaches. One advocates for the chimps’ preservation in the wild, insisting on minimal human interaction, while the other believes in training them to communicate through sign language in a controlled environment. When they discover that government plans threaten to eliminate funding for their language project, redirecting the chimps toward radiation experiments, the duo unites to fight for the animals’ future, blending their philosophies in a desperate bid to protect their subjects from exploitation.
