Plot
At just 18, Marina, who lost her parents early in life, sets off to the Atlantic coast of Spain to secure a signature for her scholarship application from her estranged paternal grandparents. As she encounters a whirlwind of unfamiliar relatives—new aunts, uncles, and cousins—she is unsure if they will welcome her or reject her. This journey forces Marina to confront deep-seated feelings, rekindle lost affection, and reveal hidden pains from her past, as she tries to stitch together the jumbled and often conflicting memories of the parents she can barely recall.
