Plot
Bob's crew is expanding for an ambitious project that promises to be their largest yet. Joining the team are new members Thud, Crunch, and former television sensation Ace, who assist Scoop, Muck, and Lofty in clearing a quarry for a brand-new dam and reservoir. However, a competing contractor threatens to sabotage their efforts, putting Spring City at risk. With determination and teamwork, Bob and his friends must tackle this monumental challenge.
