Plot

In a crime-ridden city, District Attorney Tony Quinn faces overwhelming odds. After a brutal attack by a crime lord leaves him blinded by acid, it appears that justice is lost. However, a groundbreaking scientific procedure grants him the extraordinary ability to see in the dark, akin to a bat. Embracing this new power, Tony transforms into the vigilante known as the Black Bat. Determined to reclaim the city from its criminal underbelly, he fights to restore order and ensure that justice prevails against all odds.
