The Lion Child (1993)

Plot

In the village of Pama, Oule, a young boy, shares a unique bond with Sirga, a lioness, as they grow up like siblings. Together, they explore the mysteries of nature, allowing Oule to communicate with the elements and animals. Their idyllic life is shattered when horsemen from the Nord invade, capturing village children for slavery. Oule and his friend Lena are sold to a nobleman who fears Oule's abilities and exiles him. Undeterred, Oule, fueled by lion-like strength, reunites with Sirga and Lena, determined to restore their village and reclaim their freedom.
