Plot
In the film "The Visitors" (1993), a mishap with a wizard's spell catapults Godefroy de Papincourt, a 12th-century Gallic knight, and his simple-minded servant, Jacquouille la Fripouille, into the year 1993. Confounded by contemporary life, they wreak havoc, smashing cars and creating turmoil. Their fortunes change when they encounter Beatrice de Montmirail, a modern-day aristocrat and descendant of Godefroy. She just might possess the means to return them to their rightful time in 1123, setting the stage for a hilarious clash of eras.
