Plot
A troubled Vietnam veteran faces an uphill battle as his livelihood is threatened by the arrival of Vietnamese immigrants entering the fishing trade in a Texas bay community. Struggling with his own demons and the changes around him, he becomes increasingly agitated and confrontational.
