Call Me Bwana (1963)

Plot

After a moon capsule veers off its trajectory and lands in an uncharted part of Africa, a remote tribe discovers it. Washington dispatches Matthew Merriwether to retrieve the capsule, mistakenly believing him to be an authority on the area. Unbeknownst to him, foreign operative Luba is also on a mission to seize the capsule for her own agenda. When Matthew and Luba arrive, they are confronted by the tribe's deep belief that the capsule is sacred, complicating their efforts to claim the spacecraft and leading to unexpected challenges.
