Plot

In the village of Dikanka, a sinister Dark Horseman has claimed the lives of eleven young women. Nikolai Gogol, a scribe from Saint Petersburg, takes on the daunting task of uncovering the truth behind the gruesome murders. As he delves deeper into the investigation, he experiences unsettling visions that threaten his sanity. When he discovers that his beloved Liza is the next target, Gogol’s resolve wavers. However, he finds an ally in Khoma Brut, a witch hunter and philosopher. Together, they confront chilling darkness over three harrowing nights, invoking the spirit of Viy in an attempt to stop the terror.
