Plot

A destitute man encounters a medical student who offers him money to partake in an experimental surgery called trepanation, which involves drilling a hole in his skull. Following the procedure, he discovers an unsettling gift: the ability to tap into the hidden, often sinister aspects of people's subconscious. As he navigates this new reality, he confronts both his own past and the darker sides of those around him, leading to profound revelations and unexpected consequences.
